We have a long history of integrating with our customers electronically according to the customers' specifications.

Star's IT philosophy is to utilize open technology, systems, and standards so that we can quickly meet new customer requirements. Our track record shows that we can adapt to such requirements quickly.

Star is currently deploying an ambitious, web-based system to our agency network for the capture and production of cargo and other port-call related documentation. The system can be easily adapted to meet customer requirements.

We are actively developing our cargo tracking and inventory system, StarTrack. The system has been in operation for several years and we are constantly expanding geographic coverage. Information from StarTrack is available by EDI, XML or proprietary file formats in addition to secure online access through our website.
